With many years’ experience in the NHS, most recently as a GP Practice Manager, Elaine is an experienced and professional Office Administrator and a huge asset to our team. Since joining PLB, Elaine has been instrumental in our achievement of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Accreditation earlier this year and continually monitors and maintains the quality standards of all our internal processes. Elaine oversees our internal training procedures and her easy rapport with clients and colleagues ensures the smooth and efficient running of the business.
